Mushtaq Mohammad

Mushtaq Mohammad (Urdu: مشتاق محمد‎; born 22 November 1943) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played in 57 Tests and 10 ODIs from 1959 to 1979. A right-handed batsman and a leg-spinner, he is one of the most successful Pakistani all-rounders and went on to captain his country in nineteen Test matches. He was the first and to date only Pakistani to score a century and take five wickets in the same test match twice.〔(5 for and century ) espncricinfo. Retrieved 20 December 2011〕 He was one of the five Mohammad brothers, four of whom played cricket for Pakistan. Mushtaq recently coached the United States national cricket team, but has returned to commentary for Pakistani Television.
